Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related areas.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, automation, and incident response.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Advanced System Monitoring: implement and maintain monitoring solutions for health and performance of infrastructure and applications.
• Incident Response: lead incident response, diagnose issues, and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Automation and Scripting: develop automation scripts to improve reliability and efficiency.
