Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design and maintain scalable infrastructure across cloud accounts, using Terraform and IaC practices. You will lead incident response, define SLOs/SLIs, and drive AI-powered reliability improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development, operations, product, and data teams. 3+ years in DevOps/SRE and strong knowledge of AWS services, Terraform, and Kubernetes are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and leading incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Design complex infrastructure with IaC best practices using Terraform.
• Establish and monitor SLOs/SLIs and error budgets for reliability.
• Manage incident response, blameless post-mortems and MTTR reduction.
• Solve medium to high complexity infrastructure problems with AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability standards.
