WPP in Mexico City seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and build agentic AI systems for the Global Automation & AI program. You will work with foundation models and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable automation solutions across the organization.

This hybrid role requires 7–9 years in automation or software development, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and experience with RAG pipelines, MCP, and A2A architectures. English communication is essential.

Formación

• 7-9 years in automation, technology development, or software engineering.
• 3+ years dedicated to AI/ML systems, agentic frameworks, or automation.
• Expert in Python or TypeScript with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI).
• Production experience with RAG, vector embeddings, MCP, and A2A.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Proficient in Agile practices within Kanban or Scrum.
• Excellent written and verbal English for documentation and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI and agentic solutions that integrate with Hero products or act as standalone systems.
• Create sophisticated automation architectures including H2S, S2S and A2A flows.
• Refine governance for safe, secure and compliant agent operations with the AAI team.
• Integrate solutions using Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, Azure Foundry, LangChain/LangGraph, and n8n.
• Develop and maintain MCP and Agent Tool governance components.
• Design RAG pipelines and vector embedding frameworks for production environments.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to ensure AI performance and quality.
• Create efficient APIs and integrations via FastAPI.
• Document AI workflows and architectures; collaborate with Agile PMs and Leads.
