Paystand is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to architect and implement user-facing components of its open banking network. You will work with product owners, designers, and engineers to craft scalable web applications with AI-enabled workflows.

Expected to lead technical direction, build reusable libraries, and mentor peers while delivering high-quality, secure software in a fast-paced environment. Onsite roles in Hermosillo, with AI-driven development practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with delivery from concept to production.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical architectures and solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-led tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality UX and performance.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance; participate in full lifecycle activities.
