• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, infra, and integrations.
• Ability to move from vague problems to practical solutions and scalable architectures.
• Comfortable operating with incomplete specifications while seeking alignment when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance; participate in end-to-end lifecycle activities.
