Formación

• 5+ years as multidisciplinary designer or art director in an agency
• Advanced English with professional client communication
• Proficient in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere
• Strong Google Workspace skills and polished presentation abilities
• Familiar with Gen-AI platforms (Midjourney, DALL‑E) and related tool stack

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-fidelity static and social content using AI-enabled workflows.
• Rapidly produce, format, and adapt assets for multiple markets using AI localization tools.
• Ensure AI-generated content complies with brand guidelines and safety policies.
• Oversee end-to-end projects from prompt engineering to final production.
• Attend client calls and manage briefs, calendars, and expectations.
• Drive knowledge transfer to team for generative AI workflows.
• Maintain KPI/SLA alignment with clients.
