Within is seeking a Creative Project Manager to develop and refine project management skills, own the workflow, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. You will orchestrate internal jobs through the project lifecycle, keep teams informed, and foster collaboration across departments and global teams.

You should be results-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to learn more about creative workflow and growth in this field.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• Coordinate AI integration and maintain visibility of updates across teams.
• Schedule and run team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and facilitate cross-department communication.
• Anticipate problems and propose proactive solutions to address them.
• Oversee project planning for growing projects and manage designer/editor schedules.
• Foster collaboration among LATAM and US hubs and distributed staff.
