Empresa Confidencial is seeking a highly creative and autonomous Creative IA Designer to drive visual content using Generative AI, design expertise, and efficient production processes.

This role merges storytelling with advanced AI capabilities, owning projects from briefing to delivery, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to champion AI-driven workflows across the team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Creative Production, or related fields.
• Proven experience with Generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, and marketing content.
• Advanced English communication skills for client interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Create and adapt high-quality visual content across digital, social, and marketing channels using Generative AI and design tools.
• Develop scalable creative solutions that maintain brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and report progress.
• Ensure outputs comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and AI governance.
