The role blends creative judgment with production systems, turning briefs into repeatable generation approaches across copy, imagery, video, templates, and more. You will translate requirements into structured prompts, workflows, benchmarks, and reusable playbooks, ensuring outputs meet brand and product standards while driving production

Formación

• 8+ years in creative technology or related fields.
• Strong portfolio across composition, color, lighting, and motion.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for professional creative production.
• Ability to create and optimize structured prompts and generation workflows.
• Ability to evaluate outputs objectively and explain reasoning.
• Experience with AI workflows and production-grade content.

Responsabilidades

• Design AI-enabled creative workflows from briefs to outputs.
• Build reusable generation playbooks covering inputs, prompts, assets, and constraints.
• Develop prompts for copy, imagery, video, and multimodal workflows.
• Define and apply creative quality standards and evaluation criteria.
• Diagnose AI failure modes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Adobe, Foundry, and cross-functional teams to productionize capabilities.
