Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Creative Technologist to define how generative AI powers scalable marketing content within HP's Content Transformation platform. This role blends creative craft with production systems to translate briefs into repeatable AI-generation workflows across copy, imagery, video, and templates.

You will partner with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Adobe, and designers to continuously improve quality, consistency, and production readiness of content

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in creative technology, visual design, art direction, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative judgment across composition, typography, color, lighting and digital content.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for professional creative production.
• Demonstrated ability to create and optimize structured prompts and generation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Translate briefs into structured AI-generation workflows and prompts.
• Create reusable playbooks for content use cases and templates.
• Develop structured prompts for copy, imagery, video, and multimodal outputs.
• Establish creative quality standards and evaluation criteria.
• Identify and reduce recurring AI failure modes across content formats.
• Collaborate with Adobe and Creative teams to integrate capabilities into mAIstro.
