Applaudo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex software and digital initiatives. You will lead projects from planning to delivery, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

You will navigate dependencies and changing priorities while keeping teams focused, surfacing risks, and driving decisions to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software or Digital Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project delivery including mobile application projects.
• Cross-functional team coordination and dependency management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across project teams.
• Track progress and ensure deliverables meet timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and planning sessions as required.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and Business teams.
• Provide concise status updates to Directors and executives.
