IENTC Telecom is seeking a Software Project Supervisor to drive execution across software development projects. You will coordinate with technical and non-technical teams, track priorities, identify risks, and ensure accountability.

• Experience in project coordination, project supervision, operations follow-up, or software-related project management.
• Good understanding of software development logic, workflows, and terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and status visibility across ongoing projects
• Lead project check-ins, follow-up meetings, and progress reviews with internal teams
• Support prioritization when multiple projects or urgent requests are competing for resources
• Document action items, responsibilities, decisions, deadlines, and next steps
• Help assess whether projects are progressing in a realistic and healthy way, not just on paper
• Work closely with developers, vendors, product owners, or internal teams to keep execution moving
• Contribute to process improvement in project tracking, workflow organization, and reporting
• Support software-related initiatives involving AI, automation, or data-driven tools where applicable

We are looking for a Software Project Supervisor to help drive execution, follow-up, and control across the company's software development projects.

This person will be responsible for keeping projects organized, aligned, and moving forward by coordinating with technical and non-technical teams, tracking priorities, identifying risks early, and ensuring accountability. This role is ideal for someone who may not be a full-time software developer, but who understands software development logic, can communicate effectively with technical teams, and has the judgment to manage deadlines, blockers, and changing business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
