Applaudo, located in Jalisco, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Application Architect to design enterprise applications and integration solutions. You will establish architectural standards while collaborating with engineering teams to drive modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and a strong background in API architecture and distributed systems, along with expertise in AI technologies. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and influence best practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in API Architecture, DDD, EDA, and Distributed Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain application architecture standards.
• Design scalable, secure APIs and integration solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews across engineering teams.
• Promote engineering excellence through TDD and SOLID principles.

Conocimientos

API Architecture and Enterprise Integrations

Microservices and Distributed Systems

Experience with enterprise messaging technologies

Strong understanding of REST APIs

Experience implementing observability practices

API governance and service reusability initiatives

Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing

Familiarity with AI technologies

Strong communication and leadership skills

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
