Job summary

Storm Ideas, a remote-first team, is hiring an AI Social Media Coordinator to manage the day-to-day posting and validation for major US entertainment brands from Mexico. You’ll schedule, review, and coordinate content across YouTube and other networks, using AI-enabled workflows to speed up tasks while maintaining client-safe quality.

This full-time contractor role requires sharp attention to detail, practical AI fluency, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media operations and content coordination.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and ability to explain their outputs.
• High attention to copy, timing, assets, approvals, and pre-publish checks.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain decisions and blockers.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Put client experience and publishing accuracy at the heart of every task.
• Optimize YouTube content with titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and checks.
• Schedule and coordinate social content across YouTube and other networks.
• Support community management by monitoring and responding to audience comments per brand guidance.
• Document dependencies and approvals to prevent gaps or surprises.
• Coordinate with client contacts and Storm teams to keep work moving smoothly.
• Use AI tools to support repeatable coordination work and reporting.
• Review AI-assisted work for quality before it reaches clients or internal stakeholders.
• Research client shows and audiences to ground social recommendations in context.
• Monitor platform updates and adapt to changes that matter for client accounts.
