Trolley AI is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for remote-first, full-time work. You will transform founder conversations, podcasts and ideas into social-first content across Reels, TikTok, carousels and Substack, and you’ll plan influencer and talent campaigns. This hands-on role lives in the feed, not a corporate marketing job.

It requires 5+ years in social/content or influencer marketing, strong English writing, AI-tools usage, and the ability to overlap 4 hours with Pacific Time.

Formación

• 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing.
• Proven short-form content creation that performed on social platforms.
• Fluent English writing with ability to match voice of founder.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI video tools).
• Highly organized, self-directed, comfortable with Notion/Canva/Figma.
• Able to overlap with Pacific Time for at least 4 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create short-form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, clips, posts.
• Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns from shortlist to launch.
• Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions.
• Turn podcasts and events into native content for each platform.
• Own content calendar in Notion and brief designers/video editors.
• Track performance and adapt content based on trends.
