Clara is seeking a hands-on Paid Media specialist to own execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, focusing on rapid deployment and real-time optimization in Mexico and Latin America. You will set up tracking, run AI-assisted creative and copy workflows, perform keyword research, and build scalable reports while collaborating with Growth and support teams.

Formación

2+ years of campaigns management on Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Navigate ad platforms, build audiences, formats, and optimize campaigns.
Strong data skills with KPIs and reporting.
Active daily user of AI tools in workflow (ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity).
Ability to write effective prompts to guide AI outputs.
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns.
Comfortable communicating with technical & non-technical teams.
Genuine interest in Paid Media and willingness to dive deep.

Responsabilidades

Launch, monitor and QA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Set up tracking and attribution per internal guidelines including AI-assisted tagging.
Use AI tools daily to generate ad copy variants and summarize performance data.
Conduct keyword/audience research using native tools and AI assistants.
Support A/B tests and optimize using AI-driven insights.
Build and maintain recurring performance reports with AI insights.
Use automation tools to reduce manual work and scale workflows.
Collaborate with Growth and support teams to speed up collaboration.
