Churchdwight in Mexico is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise on compensation, benefits and payroll governance across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to drive compliant, data-driven people programs.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI, HRIS experience (Workday preferred), and solid knowledge of Mexican labor regulations (LFT, IMSS). You will lead audits, controls and operational improvements with integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits and payroll governance.
• Strong Excel skills, dashboards, and data automation.

• Serve as first point of contact for HR on compensation and payroll matters.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding with data integrity.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to support decisions.
• Coordinate payroll governance with providers and stakeholders.
• Lead HR audits and ensure compliance with NOM-035 and labor laws.
