Job summary

Newell Brands in Mexico City seeks a Lead, AI Business Enablement to guide the AI journey for LATAM eCommerce. This senior individual contributor role focuses on turning AI capability into real commercial results across Amazon, Mercado Libre and other digital customers, while helping the regional team work smarter.

You’ll experiment, prototype and scale AI, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to translate data into fast, executable decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA/MS is a plus.
• 7+ years in ecommerce, commercial analytics, digital transformation or AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation solutions to daily use.

Responsibilities

• Shape the analytics agenda for LATAM eCommerce (sales, pricing, digital shelf).
• Identify AI use cases and prototype pilots for regional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate decisions.
• Develop playbooks and enable adoption of AI solutions.
