PayJoy is seeking a Risk Manager in Mexico City to own portfolio performance, using a data warehouse to drive recommendations, pricing, and controls that optimize risk outcomes for business growth.

You will leverage SQL and Python to extract data, work with Data Science on ML models, and define A/B tests with cross-functional teams. Strong candidates have 4+ years in fintech risk and solid data analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in risk management in fintech or consumer lending.
• Experience with credit limits or scaling products in startup environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical framing, research and cross-functional storytelling.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Use SQL and Python (or R) to extract and manipulate data for data-driven recommendations.
• Propose improvements to outcomes based on data and product understanding.
• Collaborate with Data Science to price and deploy ML/AI models for portfolio optimization.
• Define, implement and monitor A/B tests with product and marketing teams.
• Write concise documentation of recommendations and own risk KPIs for portfolios.
