Dyna.Ai seeks an AI-focused professional to lead the development and delivery of customized AI Agents using low-code platforms. You will translate client needs into actionable deployments and work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and proactive improvement of agent-building methodologies. You will contribute to scalable, reliable AI solutions and enhance customer satisfaction through efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related fields.
• Familiarity with large models such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Experience with agent studios (Coze, n8n) or AgentBuilder workflows.
• Clear logical thinking, strong written/verbal communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• AI Agent Development & Delivery: Build, debug, and deploy customized AI Agents using low-code platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, AI R&D, and Solution teams to deconstruct client needs and drive implementation.
• AI Product Operations: Manage daily client management, product monitoring, data analysis, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
• Product Optimization & Methodology: Extract common needs from client feedback and industry scenarios to drive platform feature iterations.

1)AI Agent Development & Delivery:Build, debug, and deploy customized AI Agents using low-code agent platforms to meet client requirements.

2)Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Sales, AI R&D, and Solution teams to deconstruct client needs, drive implementation, and optimize workflows.

3)AI Product Operations:Manage daily AI operations: client management, product monitoring, data analysis, feedback collection, and issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

4)Product Optimization & Methodology:Extract common needs from client feedback and industry scenarios to drive platform feature iterations. Develop and refine Agent-building methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

1)Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

2)Technical Skills:

Familiarity with large models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).

Preferred: Experience with agent studios (e.g., Coze, n8n) or AgentBuilder workflows.

3)Soft Skills:

Clear logical thinking, strong written/verbal communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.
