Slalom Build in Monterrey is looking for a Senior Architect to design and deliver innovative AI and ML solutions. You will work on architecting multi-agent systems and automating workflows on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and thought leadership in AI/ML.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of software engineering experience and knowledge of generative AI, with strong Python skills and familiarity with AI frameworks. Hybrid work environment with flexibility and in-person collaboration required.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production systems.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and AI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide thought leadership on AI/ML and Agentic AI.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration systems for decision-making.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems.
