Mitratech, Inc. is seeking an AI Operations Analyst in Mexico to lead design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent solutions across the enterprise.

You will bridge business needs and technical execution, building workflows and conversation flows using BotDojo. The role involves end-to-end lifecycle from requirements gathering and prompt engineering to system integration, performance monitoring, and user training.

Formación

• Prompt engineering to define clear prompts and refine AI agents.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, and agent workflows.
• REST APIs and webhooks for system integration.
• SQL basics and database concepts for data access.
• Familiarity with BotDojo platform and deployment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements with business teams and translate them into technical specs; train end-users on AI agent functionality.
• Design, deploy, and roll out AI agents using BotDojo and approved tools; implement workflows and conversation flows.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintain documentation for all AI agents.
• Monitor AI agent performance, troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance and updates.
• Integrate AI agents with existing company systems and databases using scripting languages.
• Ensure AI agents meet security, data privacy, and quality standards with proper documentation.
• Analyze usage metrics and performance data to identify improvements and report business impact.
