Pencil is building an AI Operating System for marketing, enabling rapid, on-brand campaigns across markets and languages. You will create agentic workflows, govern quality, and push technical innovation for creative production at scale.

Join a team delivering learning and adoption programs, standards, and practical GenAI guidance to clients and internal teams while shaping the future of advertising technology with enterprise-grade governance.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini.
• Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong written English skills and client communication.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, and creative systems.
• Lead training, workshops, and documentation for adoption of new tools.
• Govern and ensure quality control and reliability of deployed systems.
• Evaluate and iterate on GenAI models and tooling for scalability.
