WPP seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and develop agentic AI-powered solutions and automation. You will work across Human2System, System2System, A2A architectures, and data pipelines, contributing to the Global Automation & AI program.

The role requires 7–9 years in automation or software engineering, Python/TypeScript, and production AI experience. WPP offers a hybrid work model, collaboration with experts, and opportunities to impact global brands.

Formación

• 7-9 years of experience in automation, technology development, or software engineering (Python preferred).
• At least 3 years with AI/ML systems, agentic frameworks, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Expert in Python or TypeScript with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI).
• Production AI experience with RAG/Vector embedding frameworks, MCP, and A2A architectures.
• Experience designing/evaluating AI system performance and quality.
• Hands-on with foundation/specialist models across providers.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Agent Studio is a plus.
• Proven Agile practitioner (Kanban/Scrum) and strong blockers-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong documentation skills.
• Certifications: AI-102 or Google PMLE; GH-300 and PL-900 are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• AI Solution Development: Design and develop AI and agentic solutions for Hero portfolio products or standalone systems.
• Agentic Architecture: Build complex automation architectures including H2S, S2S, A2A, and data pipelines.
• Agent Governance: Refine governance for safe, secure agent operations with leadership.
• Model Integration: Integrate with Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, Azure Foundry, LangChain/LangGraph, and n8n.
• Custom Tooling: Develop MCP and Agent Tool governance solutions.
• Data & Embeddings: Design RAG pipelines and vector embeddings for production.
• Evaluation Framework: Create/maintain evaluation frameworks for performance and quality.
• API & Integration: Build APIs with FastAPI and AI framework integration patterns.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive AI workflow and system architecture docs, coordinate with Agile PMs and Leads.
