Mexicali RTX Corporation seeks a Product Quality Engineer to join onsite in Mexicali. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control systems, drive proactive strategies, and contribute to process innovations.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, RCCA, and UPPAP methodologies, with involvement in product design to ensure reliability and conformance, and requires effective English communication in reports and meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a university degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and SAP domain.
• Proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols.
• Explain testing and inspection plans to ensure reliability and conformance.
• Analyze nonconformities and propose corrective actions for products & processes.
• Utilize PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans to identify risks.
• Review process control documents to ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality systems for materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with product design to devise testing plans and equipment.
• Ensure projects and process documentation meet requirements and contracts.
• Identify and manage risk using UPPAP elements.
• Drive proactive quality initiative strategies and implementations.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for design issues.
• Design and implement product engineering changes to address quality concerns.
• Oversee Program and Product Quality Engineering.
• Develop new inspection technologies or methodologies.
• Communicate findings effectively in meetings and reports.
