Autoliv Mexico seeks a Payroll Advanced Specialist (Temporary 6-month) to perform advanced payroll tasks and ensure accurate weekly/biweekly processing. You will review timekeeping, attendance, and payroll records to validate data and collaborate with HR and management to resolve issues.

This role handles Kronos, TRESS, RH7 and payroll reporting, supporting audits, statutory deductions, and compliance. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration, timekeeping, or payroll operations within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and timekeeping systems, including RH7, TRESS, Kronos, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and labor law compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage confidential employee data and meet critical payroll deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process weekly and biweekly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Autoliv policies, legal requirements, and established payroll deadlines.
