Siemens Software is seeking an Adoption Support Advisor to partner with Sales and help customers maximize value from the Xcelerator portfolio. You will enable teams with actionable adoption intelligence and human expertise to drive impact at the country level.

The role focuses on onboarding support, health analysis, and proactive engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high adoption rates and measurable outcomes across the country.

Formación

• 3–5 years in Customer Success, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with Customer and Country team.
• Drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Support onboarding, business reviews, adoption planning and build adoption strategies with Account teams.
• Analyse product usage, customer health, AI adoption trends and share analyses.
• Identify customer risks and expansion opportunities using AI-driven insights.
• Provide adoption recommendations to Account Orchestrators, TAMs, PSC and Renewals teams.
• Deliver adoption reviews and executive-ready insights to Country Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Analytics and cross-functional teams to drive adoption in the country.
