Responsibilities

• Identify address and action escalation accordingly to ensure prompt resolution to invoice payment issues.
• Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for customers (direct contact information, portal usage, invoice submission processes, terms, addresses, billing requirements, etc.).
• Assigned task as needed (phone calls and admin task)
