• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP or similar accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements of account.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Record and reconcile customer payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection updates.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on lacking and backload, price adjustments, and cash advances.
• Perform other accounts receivable and finance-related duties as assigned.
