MORSCO is seeking a Cash Application Specialist in Mexico to accurately post customer payments and resolve unapplied cash. You will work with Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure clean cash application and accurate records.

The role requires 2+ years in cash application or AR, a high school diploma or higher, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS/400. You will support month-end close and look for opportunities to improve processes and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or accounting.
• Experience with lockbox processing and electronic payment platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately post and apply customer payments via ACH, wires, lockbox, checks, and cards.
• Research unapplied cash and discrepancies, resolve short pays and overpayments.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts with bank deposits and records.
• Investigate remittance information and match payments to invoices.
• Collaborate with AR, Credit, Collections, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with timely cash application and reconciliations.
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation.
• Identify process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.
