Veritiv is seeking an experienced AP Operations leader to oversee accounts payable operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units. The role manages a 40+ person team across clerks, analysts, team leads, and supervisors, coordinating with Procurement, Treasury, Tax and IT Internal Audit.

The position requires fluency in Spanish and English and is part of an organization committed to equal opportunity policies in the US and Mexico.

Formación

• Experience leading AP operations and shared services.
• Experience managing 40+ team members including clerks and analysts.
• Ability to partner with procurement, treasury and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee invoice processing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate vendor master data and disbursements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and internal auditors.
