This role is critical to ensuring compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements, maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing cash flow, and delivering accurate financial reporting that supports effective business and strategic decision-making.

Core areas:

• Responsible from México Accounts Payable
• Manage cash flow activities and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate accounting records by recording, classifying, and monitoring financial transactions.
• Support monthly financial closings and the preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including government filings and reporting obligations.
• Administer fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and insurance policies.
• Coordinate and provide documentation required for internal, external, and government audits.
• Maintain strong accounting and financial controls to safeguard the integrity of financial information.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
