Flowserve, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) is seeking an Accounts Payable Staff to process and reconcile invoices, support month-end close, and train junior staff. You will review payment runs, KPI reports, and aging analyses while ensuring data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of AP experience, a Economics/Finance degree, and strong English communication. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is a plus and you will collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant AP experience
• Economics/Finance degree (or in progress)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proficient data entry and management
• Ability to build relationships via phone
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Basic ERP knowledge (Oracle or SAP) is a plus
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Team player with interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to process changes

Responsabilités

• Check, sort, code and match invoices
• Process non-PO invoices per Delegation of Authority
• Monitor and reconcile vendor statements for timely payments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Participate in month end closing
• Ensure data accuracy
• Handle queries via email or phone
• Produce monthly reports (KPI, GRNI, AP Aging)
• Provide trainings to Associates and Staff Accountants
• Maintain Desktop Procedure Documentation
• Identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements
• Participate in projects as required
