Flowserve is seeking a BSC Accounts Payable Accountant in Querétaro to manage invoice processing, reconcile statements, and support month-end closing. The role requires strong English, 3+ years of relevant experience, and ERP proficiency.

You will handle PO and non-PO invoices, monitor vendor accounts, produce KPI and aging reports, and participate in process improvements and system implementations. MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance
• Economics/Finance degree required; additional studies a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus
• Proficient data entry and MS Office skills; attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, coding and matching according to policy
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor aging/AP aging reports
• Participate in month-end close and related reporting (KPIs, GRNI)
• Support process improvements and system implementation projects
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed
