Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Mexico City. You will manage vendor payments, supplier setup, and invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include processing wire transfers and ACH payments, assisting month-end close, supporting audits, and handling inquiries from suppliers and employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for intercompany communication.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to vendors within terms, including wire transfers and ACH.
• Assist with supplier creation and invoice processing.
• Handle expense processing and month-end close activities.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance.
• Review and approve employee expense reports.
• Communicate expense status with employees.
• Enter supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Respond to supplier and employee invoice inquiries.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
