Aspen Technology, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to process payments, manage supplier invoices, and support month-end close. You will handle wire/ACH payments, supplier setup, and resolve invoice status inquiries while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, high-volume processing ability, and fluency in Spanish and English to interact with employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English for interactions with employees.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Process and analyze worldwide payment processing via wire or ACH.
• Assist with supplier creation and invoice processing as needed.
• Schedule and process payments to vendors within terms.
• Assist with month-end close and cash application tasks.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Review and approve employee expense reports for policy compliance.
• Communicate payment status and issues to employees.
• Enter supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Answer supplier and employee invoice-status inquiries.
• Participate in special projects and provide analyses as directed.
