Job summary

Hammond Power Solutions in Monterrey seeks an accounting professional to enter policies and supplier invoices into our system and to process payments.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal users, verify invoices against purchase orders, and help with month-end closing and reconciliations.

The role requires ERP experience ( Dynamics 365 or SAP), a degree in accounting, and 2–5 years of relevant work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related finance field.
• 2–5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.
• English - basic to intermediate (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Entering accounting policies into the company system and processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Contacting suppliers to request invoices or clarifications.
• Verifying supplier invoices match purchase orders and comply with invoicing regulations.
• Registering supplier invoices in the system and preparing payment information.
• Preparing weekly check and transfer records and manual checks.
• Month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations; related department duties.
• Managing PDF and XML supplier invoices to comply with Annex 24 of the electronic accounting system.
• Other department duties as required.
