Job summary

Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is required. You will perform month-end closings, reconcile accounts, and maintain supplier balances with attention to detail and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or SAP).
• Basic to intermediate English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounting policies, supplier invoices, and processing payments to suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers to request invoices or clarifications and enter invoices and accounting entries.
• Verify supplier invoices match purchase orders and comply with invoicing regulations from tax authorities.
• Register supplier invoices in the system and prepare information for payment.
• Prepare a weekly record of checks and transfers and manually prepare checks.
• Monthly reviews of supplier invoice balances.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform month-end closing procedures.
• Manage PDF and XML files of supplier invoices to comply with Annex 24 of the electronic accounting system.
• Other duties as required by the department.
