Ascendion busca un Especialista en Cuentas por Pagar en CDMX. Será responsable de procesar y validar facturas, gestionar cuentas por pagar y mantener registros contables con precisión.

Se requiere experiencia en Workday, dominio de Excel y Office, y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno híbrido (2 días en oficina). El contrato es a término fijo de 3 meses con buenas posibilidades de extensión.

Formación

• 2–4 años de experiencia en Cuentas por Pagar, Facturación o Contabilidad.
• Experiencia práctica con procesamiento de facturas.
• Se requiere experiencia en Workday.
• Conocimiento de principios contables y procesos de reconciliación.
• Competencia en Microsoft Excel y Microsoft Office.
• Gran atención a los detalles, responsabilidad y organización.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades de forma independiente.

Responsabilidades

• Procesar y validar facturas de Cuentas por Pagar.
• Preparar y mantener registros de facturación y facturas.
• Conciliar pagos, recibos y discrepancias.
• Realizar contabilidad y mantener registros financieros.
• Apoyar actividades y reportes de cierre de mes.
• Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar pagos puntuales y precisos.

About the Role:

• Role: Accounts Payable OR Billing Specialist
• Location: Mexico City (Hybrid for 2 days in the office)
• Employment Type: Fixed Term (3 months) and good chances of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate Accounts Payable invoices
• Prepare and maintain billing and invoice records
• Reconcile payments, receipts, and discrepancies
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial records
• Support month-end financial activities and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, or Accounting
• Hands‑on experience with invoice processing
• Workday experience is required
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
