Job summary

Veritiv is seeking an AP Operations leader to oversee accounts payable operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units and ERPs in the Tijuana area.

You will manage a 40+ team including Clerks, Analysts, Team Leads and Supervisors, driving accurate invoice processing, issue resolution, vendor support, and disbursements while partnering with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, IT Internal Audit and other business stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish/English required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Accounts Payable operations and shared services.
• Ability to manage a large team and multi-unit processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units and ERPs.
• Manage a 40+ person team including Clerks, Analysts, Team Leads, Supervisors.
• Oversee invoice processing, issue resolution, vendor support, vendor master and disbursements.
