Job summary

Siemens AG in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounting Analyst to support financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous accounting improvements. You will post billing documents, perform vendor reconciliations, analyze results, and collaborate with offshore providers to maintain accurate records.

You will also support AP and General Accounting activities, provide daily inquiries resolution to internal/external customers, and assist intercompany (ICC)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and Power BI is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and post billing documents into the ERP system with accuracy.
• Perform vendor account and payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
• Support Accounts Payable and General Accounting activities with offshore service providers.
• Provide daily support to internal and external customers and address inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany (ICC) processes and assist audits.
