LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks an Accounting Specialist to support accounts receivable processes and stakeholder management in a high-volume environment. You will ensure timely posting, invoicing support, and strong order-to-cash performance to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances across the Americas.

You will work with ERP tools like SAP/HighRadius, leverage advanced Excel for reconciliation and analysis, and explore automation opportunities.

Formación

  • Experience in cash application or accounts receivable within a high-volume environment.
  • ERP platforms including SAP and HighRadius; advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with reconciliation, payment matching, deductions, credit notes, and aging analysis.

Responsabilidades

  • Improve posting and clearing accuracy to increase efficiency and touchless processing.
  • Partner with Collections and HighRadius teams to reduce manual posting activity.
  • Identify automation opportunities across cash application processes and optimize order-to-cash flow.
  • Support process standardization and regional implementation projects while ensuring compliance with policies.

Then make it real.About the roleAs our Accounting Specialist, you'll support the LEGO Group through consistent, high-quality, customer-focused execution of accounts receivable processes and stakeholder management. You'll help the Business Service Operations team deliver value across the organization by ensuring timely payment posting, invoicing support, receivables management, and strong order-to-cash performance. Your work will contribute to improving cash flow, reducing overdue balances, and supporting business decisions across the Americas region.Required QualificationsProven experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable within a high-volume environmentManaged cash application activities using ERP platforms, including SAP and HighRadius or similar toolsBuilt advanced Excel solutions using XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation techniquesApplied finance experience across cash application, claims handling, invoicing, or international accounting activitiesExecuted payment matching, deduction processing, credit note management, and aging analysis processesWorked within global finance environments that required coordination across end-to-end business processesPreferred QualificationsDeveloped Excel macros or VBA solutions that automated cash application or reconciliation activitiesStreamlined workflows using Microsoft Power AutomateCreated reporting dashboards with Power BI or similar analytics toolsQueried payment or invoice data using basic SQL skillsWhat you'll buildImprove posting and clearing accuracy to increase efficiency and touchless processingPartner with Collections and HighRadius teams to reduce manual posting activityIdentify and implement automation opportunities across cash application processesEnsure payment posting performance meets agreed service levels and key metricsSupport optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policiesContribute to process simplification, regional implementation projects, and process standardizationStrengthen stakeholder relationships and improve the order-to-cash flow across supported marketsIf you've worked in a role where you improved cash application performance, supported process automation, or enhanced accounts receivable operations, you'll feel at home here.
