LEGO Group in Monterrey seeks an Accounting Specialist to support accounts receivable processes, ensure timely posting, invoicing support, and strong stakeholder management across the Americas region.

You will help improve cash flow, reduce overdue balances, and contribute to order-to-cash performance with SAP, HighRadius, and advanced Excel skills. This role focuses on accuracy, automation, and reliable service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in cash application or AR within a high-volume environment.
• Handled cash application activities using ERP platforms including SAP and HighRadius or similar tools.
• Built advanced Excel solutions with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation techniques.
• Applied finance experience across cash application, claims handling, invoicing, or international accounting activities.
• Executed payment matching, deduction processing, credit note management, and aging analysis processes.

About the role

As our Accounting Specialist, you'll support the LEGO® Group through consistent, high-quality, customer-focused execution of accounts receivable processes and stakeholder management. You'll help the Business Service Operations team deliver value across the organization by ensuring timely payment posting, invoicing support, receivables management, and strong order-to-cash performance. Your work will contribute to improving cash flow, reducing overdue balances, and supporting business decisions across the Americas region.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable within a high-volume environment
• Managed cash application activities using ERP platforms, including SAP and HighRadius or similar tools
• Built advanced Excel solutions using XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation techniques
• Applied finance experience across cash application, claims handling, invoicing, or international accounting activities
• Executed payment matching, deduction processing, credit note management, and aging analysis processes
• Worked within global finance environments that required coordination across end-to-end business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Developed Excel macros or VBA solutions that automated cash application or reconciliation activities
• Streamlined workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Created reporting dashboards with Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Queried payment or invoice data using basic SQL skills

What you’ll build

• Improve posting and clearing accuracy to increase efficiency and touchless processing
• Partner with Collections and HighRadius teams to reduce manual posting activity
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across cash application processes
• Ensure payment posting performance meets agreed service levels and key metrics
• Support optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Contribute to process simplification, regional implementation projects, and process standardization
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and improve the order-to-cash flow across supported markets
