LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an NPI & Engineering professional to lead the introduction of new products and optimize production routes on the shop floor, with a strong emphasis on Industrial and Process Engineering to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing. You will collaborate across functions, validate SAP routings and process changes, and support onboarding and technical guidance.

With a strong emphasis on Industrial Engineering, the team creates efficient production routes for each product, ensuring seamless and optimized manufacturing processes. This department also excels in Process Engineering, Manufacturing shopfloor design, Project Management, and the innovative field of Additive Manufacturing, all underpinned by a commitment to safety, reliability, quality, and confidentiality.
