Ralliant is seeking an Accounting and Finance Analyst in Mexico City to manage month-end close, variance analysis, ICFR testing, and asset reporting. You will support tax filings, internal controls, and collaborate with corporate teams on accounting standards and special projects.

The role emphasizes cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods.
• Review and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Administer fixed asset reporting and verifications.
• Complete ICFR testing and reporting including project management.
• Prepare tax filings and coordinate with corporate tax teams.
• Support month-end close and special projects.
• Oversee accounts receivable to maintain cash flow.
• Review aging, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize receivables and credit risk.
• Supervise accounts payable processes and reconcile supplier statements.
