Job summary

AIG Mexico seeks a Finance Coordinator to oversee the Accounting Manager functions across Mexico entities, ensuring timely close, statutory reporting, and reconciliations. You will work with local and regional controllers to maintain control environments and deliver financial deliverables.

Responsibilities include coordinating month/quarter ends, supporting audits, and supervising the Controlling staff. Strong English and leadership are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification accounting experience.
• Experience in insurance industry is an asset.
• Experience with SOX controls and audits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee period-end close and financial reporting for MX GAAP ledgers.
• Coordinate statutory accounts preparation and filing with FC/Local teams.
• Support internal and external audits coordination and SOX testing.
• Collaborate with FC and Business to resolve issues and monitor KPIs.
