Michael Page seeks an accounting professional in Mexico to manage month-end close, maintain compliant records, and support process improvements. The role requires 2+ years in accounting with general ledger and closing experience, plus advanced English.

JD Edwards experience and IFRS knowledge are highly preferred; a permanent contract is offered. With a focus on sports and a hands-on problem-solving mindset, you’ll contribute to an international team in a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, general ledger, and closing processes.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards and IFRS knowledge are highly preferred.
• Passion for sports and a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records, maintaining adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and enhancing accounting processes and controls.
