Job summary

Paystand, the blockchain-enabled B2B payments network, is seeking an ABM & Digital Growth Manager in Mexico. You will translate Acquisition & Growth strategy into programs that generate MQLs and SQLs, coordinating with Sales, Content, and Paid Digital teams to build and launch campaigns across ERP segments.

You’ll run account- and persona-based programs, manage briefs and timelines, and analyze funnel performance to improve pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing B2B ABM and persona-based digital programs.
• Partner with Sales to align target accounts, outreach, and follow-up.
• Strong briefing, messaging, and offer development for audiences.
• Knowledge of paid media, CRM audiences, landing pages, and measurement.
• Analyze funnel performance and run experiments; turn findings into actions.
• Project management and cross-stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop account and persona programs with marketing and sales alignment.
• Own digital program development: messaging, offers, campaigns, timelines.
• Coordinate content and creative for campaign launches.
• Work with Lifecycle Marketing & Sales; align priorities and follow-ups.
• Run structured experiments and document hypotheses and results.
• Track MQLs/SQLs and push improvements to pipeline and revenue.
• Manage programs through completion; maintain briefs and timelines.
