Job summary

Paystand is seeking an ABM & Digital Growth Manager to develop and run account-based and persona-based digital marketing programs across our business units. You will translate Acquisition & Growth strategy into programs that generate MQLs and SQLs within core ERP segments and help convert those leads into pipeline and revenue.

You will work closely with Sales, our Lead Paid Digital Manager, and our content team to bring programs from planning through launch, testing, and improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing B2B ABM programs.
• Ability to align target accounts, buying groups, and outreach with Sales.
• Strong brief writing and audience-specific messaging skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop account- and persona-based programs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead digital program development including creative direction, messaging, and offers.
• Coordinate content, briefs, and assets for campaigns and coordinate with Sales.
