Kyriba seeks a Junior HR Generalist in Mexico to support the Americas Employee Success team with HR admin across the region. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help revamp Workday and ensure compliant, efficient HR processes in a fast-paced FinTech.

This early-career role offers broad exposure to global HR operations, onboarding/offboarding optimization, and collaboration across benefits, immigration, and mobility teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 1–2 years HR admin or generalist experience.
• Knowledge of US employment law (EEO, FMLA, AAP) and familiarity with LATAM jurisdictions a plus.
• Experience with Workday HRIS; comfortable navigating and guiding others through self-service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday across the Americas.
• Deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies, Workday self-service, and payroll queries.
• Support Workday HRIS transformation with digitization and automation projects.
• Provide admin support for US Benefits team and immigration/mobility cases.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and global initiatives.
